The Effect of Food on the Blood Types Blood Type Diet

Out lines: Introduction. The connection between blood types and the diet. Benefits that we will gain. How food is divided. Explanation for each blood type.

The connection between blood type and diet is a new idea for most people, but they find that it answers some of their question.

Benefits By following this diet, you will get a lot of benefits, like: You will be healthy. You will be thin. You will have a good immune system. You will avoid chronic diseases.

In each type, food is divided into three groups: HIGHLY BENEFICIAL: is a food that acts like a medicine. AVOID: is a food acts like a poison. NEUTRAL: is a food that acts like food.

Blood Type A People who have blood type A should depend on vegetables in their eating. Those people have low acids in there stomach.

Blood Type AB The diet of those who have AB blood type is a combination From A and B blood type. They have to watch the food that they eat carefully, because they have features for both A & B blood type.

Blood type B They can resist chronic diseases like, cancer and heart diseases. They should have a balance diet from all the categories of food.

Blood Type O O blood type people should have a high-protein, meat based diet. Their stomach have a big amount of acid.

Summary When you eat a chemical reaction happens between the food and your blood. The reaction affect your body. If you follow this diet, you will protect your self from chronic diseases and you will stay healthy during your life.
