University Matej Bel in Banska-Bystrica Acquaintance to the University of Matej Bel took place in several stages. Students for the internship to gain valuable knowledge in the sphere of biotechnology knowledge, as well as educational.

Modern methods for the determination of biodiversity In the laboratory, students were demonstrate this modern biodiversity methods using modern equipment and improved data bases. The laboratory disposes equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, analyzers, thermostats, bilirubinometers, hemoglobinometers, sequencer, thermal cycler, DNA genetic moleculation.

Biogas station PD Budca – company Engul Biogas plant has been producing biogas and it`s transformation into electricity. Substrates for production are waste of farming production, animal waste, humus, food unfit for consumption. Student internship took place at the University of Matej Bel in Banska-Bystrica and The Institute of Technology and Business in Ceske-Budejovice. The atmosphere of the beautiful city helped the students gain new knowledge. Universities host countries, in turn, had a very warm and friendly welcome. Students in the internship not only received a lot of new information, as well as increases the level of knowledge and skills, learned how to use modern methods of work in the lab and brought a lot of new friends.
