Third Grad Cohort (Ph.D. and M.S.) 2004 – 1st year graduate students – 100 applied; 100 accepted 2005 – 1st and 2nd year graduate students – 225 applied – 200 accepted 2006 – 1st and 2nd year graduate students – 326 applied - 200 accepted

Goals of the workshop Overall Goal: establish cohorts for women in graduate school Help with strategies and information on navigating grad school Tips on joining the CSE community Early insights into career paths The opportunity to get to know a variety of successful, senior women The opportunity to network! Assistance in the formation of a cohesive cohort peer support group
