Protecting yourself online Never meet someone somewhere that you first met online Never click on ads that pop up on a webpage Never give out your information to someone who asks for it over the internet Tell your parents if you feel scared

Why should you follow the rules? You should protect yourself online because you could giving a dangerous person your information you shouldn’t click on add-ons on a computer because they could be secretly giving you a virus. you should not ever meet someone somewhere you first met online because it could be potentially dangerous. Tell your parents if you feel scared because then you'll just get more scared.

More rules Never trust anybody who says anything on the internet who you do not know Try to go on only safe sites You should probably install virus protection, or enable Windows Firewall
