COLLABORATE 17 Dates and Location Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino – Las Vegas, Nevada April 2-6, 2017 (Sunday – Thursday) is the full show date range. All exhibits need to be fully installed by Monday, April 3rd at 2 p.m. Show floor opens on Monday April 3rd at 5:15 p.m. with our welcome reception on the show floor.

About COLLABORATE 17 COLLABORATE is jointly presented by the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG), the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) and Quest International Users Group (Quest). Anticipated Attendance: 5,500

What does my booth come with? Each 10’ X10’ space includes the following: One (1) Full Exhibitor Conference Pass* Three (3) Exhibit Hall Only Staff Passes* One (1) Booth Number Floor Sticker Basic Company Listing in the COLLABORATE Mobile App ID Sign Small wastebasket *Each exhibiting company is entitled to three (3) exhibit hall complimentary badges and one (1) full conference complimentary badge (per 10x10 booth). In order to receive the complimentary badges each registrant is required to book within the COLLABORATE hotel block. If a registrant elects to stay at a different hotel, the fee is $200.00 per registrant.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel Reservations Book your hotel reservations today! Deadline for the best discounted rates: February 28. Be sure to go to the user group’s website you are exhibiting through to find the correct hotel link for your user group. Each user group has their own COLLABORATE site, listed on the previous slides and those have unique hotel reservation links to utilize. All user group hotel links offer the same rates and availability.

Hotel Reservations COLLABORATE is offering a discounted room block, through our websites for the following properties: The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Delano Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Luxor In order to avoid a fee for staying outside of the hotel block, you would need to book your room, through one of the user group websites, at one of these properties. Reservations made through any other means (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) are not valid for the hotel discount during registration.

Hotel Reservations Book reservations through your user’s group website Book your hotel accommodations in an official COLLABORATE conference hotel prior to registering for the conference in order to claim significant conference admission savings ($200). Hotel reservations must be booked prior to registering for the conference You will receive an Acknowledgement Number in your hotel confirmation email – save this number for conference registration Book your reservation by Friday, March 10 to take advantage of the COLLABORATE room rates. Rates are not guaranteed after this date.

Avoid Pirate Housing Companies! Do not book hotel rooms through other companies claiming to be the “official” housing bureau for COLLABORATE 17 Official COLLABORATE housing bureau will NEVER contact attendees to book hotel rooms Reservations through pirate housing companies are not guaranteed and you may lose your deposit or full payment Notify your user group’s show management contact if you have been contacted by a pirate housing company Get as much information as possible – Company name, contact name, phone number, email, etc.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration All exhibitors must be registered for COLLABORATE 17 Exhibitors will not be admitted into the exhibit hall without a badge Pre-register prior to the conference Exhibitors will receive comp codes and registration directions from their show management contacts. Online registration closes on Thursday, March 30. Don’t forget to book your hotel room through your user group’s website prior to registering for the conference

Exhibitor Registration Each 10’x10’ booth includes (1) full exhibitor conference registration and (3) exhibit staff passes Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased Full Exhibitor Conference and Upgraded Exhibit Hall Pass Includes access to education sessions, Exhibitor Showcase, meals and receptions. Rates increase on additional passes and upgrades after February 16. Exhibit Staff Pass Includes access into the Exhibitor Showcase, meals and receptions. You may upgrade an Exhibit Staff Pass to a Full Exhibitor Conference pass for an additional fee. Rates below are all early bird (Before 2/16) Full Conference Exhibitor $1570, Upgrading an exhibit hall only pass to full conference $1055 additional, additional exhibit hall only staff pass $595.
