Psychology Ch. 3 Sensation & Perception -which includes smells, sights, sounds, tastes, balance, touch, and pain, are the raw data of experience. Def.: The experience of sensory stimulation

Psychology Ch. 3 Sensation & Perception Consider- Sensation is the process by which our senses gather information and send that data to the brain. Temperature, brightness, voices, smells…. We don’t notice radio waves or microscopic particles- but they are part of the process. Abilities? Example- Dogs & smell
