WHY SHOULD YOU WORRY,OR BE CONCERNED, ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS 5,000 OR 10,000 MILES AWAY? HOW ARE YOU AFFECTED IN YOUR DAILY LIVES BY EVENTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES? HOW DO WE AS A SOCIETY AND HOW DOES OUR GOVERNMENT AFFECT PEOPLE IN OTHER COUNTRIES?

BY 2008, ONE-QUARTER OF ALL TRADITIONAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY JOBS WILL BE IN FOUND IN SUCH COUNTRIES AS CHINA, INDIA, SINGAPORE, RUSSIA.
