I am married and have 3 incredible kids! This year will be amazing! NOTE: Insert a photo of yourself or a picture that illustrates/represents your content area or one of your hobbies. Consider policies for tardies/absences, late/missing work, homework/testing. Consider procedures for turning in work, picking up handouts and assignments when returning from an absence, etc. Also conside

Classroom Policies and Procedures (English 9) Late Work and Citizenship Policies will be handed out with more details, but here is the gist: All work, except projects and work turned in after the midterm/term ends, can receive full credit Citizenship will be affected by late work and other behavior issues (turning in an assignment late is a behavior problem and not a student's lack of academic proficiency)

Supply List (English 9) 3 Ring Binder filled with paper 5 Tabs: Reading, Writing, Bell Work, Language, Notes  Reading book every single day Pen/Pencil every single day If you are unable to purchase these supplies, please let me know and we will make sure your student is prepared with the materials for a successful year NOTE: List what parents need to provide and what students need to bring to class everyday, like pens/paper, calculator, colored pencils, highlighters, reading book, pocket folders, 3-ring binders, dividers, instruments, clothing/shoes, etc. Also, list any materials that will be required for projects/presentations that parents may need to plan for, like tri-fold display board, pop bottles for rockets, fabric, paints, popsicle sticks, string, straws, etc.

Donations/Volunteers There is a Donation Sign-up for our Reward Program  (These will be prizes for completing enrichment activities: Swig/Fiiz cards, free bowling or other activities, Dollar Store prizes, candy bars, etc) There is a Volunteer Sign-up for our Ted Talk Unit (Please sign the list if  you or someone you know might be interested in speaking to our students)
