EDR Ballots Decide where you are counting and how you are coding the ballots The Secretary of the State advises one of the following methods as a way to estimate the volume of Election Day registration ballots in your town: (1) the number of Presidential ballots cast in 2012, or (2) a general prediction of 2.5 to 5% increase in voter participation over projected voter turn out. For a more customized prediction of your town's potential EDR volume we advise you to calculate 2.5-5% increase based on your towns actual 2010 voter turnout %. http://www.sots.ct.gov/sots/lib/sots/electio nservices/lead_communications/2014/oct_ 20_2014_estimation_of_edr_by_town.pdf

Presidential Ballots We only count! Available through Town Clerk Available only to those who have moved from Connecticut to another state and have missed the registration cutoff! We only count!
