Disciple Making “In short, Warfield’s own Christian life is marked by a fervent and adoring appreciation of Gospel truth, especially the person of Christ and his work for us and in us. And to encourage us in our Christian walk he offers the same. Warfield teaches us that we never outgrow the gospel. We will never reach such levels that we should ‘move on to better things.’ There is no better thing. And there is nothing so well suited to our growth and faithfulness than this.” – Fred G. Zaspel, Warfield on the Christian Life: Living in the Light of the Gospel, Wheaton: Crossway, 2012, p231.

Disciple Making Discussion: At your tables: Reflect on your own experience of being discipled. Identify 2 or 3 things that you found most helpful and share them with your group. Discuss how you might incorporate them in discipling others. Identify 2 or 3 things that were missing that you wish were part of your discipleship experience and share them with your table. Discuss how you might incorporate them in discipling others.

Disciple Making WHAT CHRISTIANS NEED TO GROW: Knowledge, Passion, and Practice of: Bible study Prayer Worship Communion with Triune God Mortification of sin Fellowship Service and stewardship Evangelism/Discipleship

Disciple Making Make Disciples who will make other Disciples! Encourage disciples to share what they are learning right away with someone else so that Disciple Making is multiplied. Sharing what we learn strengthens and completes the learning process.
