Program Highlights Core Track Three Program Tracks Focus on IEEE Structure What successful Sections do Three Program Tracks Membership Section Operations Relationships Program committee is working on identifying individuals to serve as speakers. Hoped to have this task completed by the middle of March.

Speakers Speakers should be aware that funds are not available within the Sections Congress budget to pay for speaker travel. Speakers' attendance must be supported either by their IEEE organizational unit (Region, Section, Society, RAB, TAB, EAB, etc.), their employer, or be self-funded. Will receive no monetary compensation for their participation. Unless the speaker is also a primary delegate, the speaker will also be responsible for the $350 registration fee (which covers meals at Congress).

Questions 1.  What portion of the sections' primary delegate expenses are covered by the region and what is the procedure for taking care of it as opposed to other delegates? According the SC05 web site: For the primary delegate expenses: Registration is covered by the Regional Activities Board (RAB): *       $800 USD - Hotel, non-Congress meals, ground transportation, etc. *       $300 - Airfare (less from some US locations) *       $1,100 Total Estimated expense

Verify the date and time of the Region 2 meeting 2.  Verify the date and time of the Region 2 meeting.  Who will be required to attend? 3.  Who do I contact to get the most updated list of Region 2 section leaders? 4.  We need to add link in our region web page to the Sections Congress home page.  By the way, the rest of the region web page needs to be updated too. 5.  Will the region cover the attendance cost for the rest of the Region 2 committee members (including myself) and what is the procedure for taking care of it?
