On the Water Monday – Saturday, until regattas start Monday – Friday, after regattas start Regattas every Saturday beginning March 21st Practice times: 4:30 to 6:30 (time adjustment subject to sunset/daylight savings time starting 8 March) MUST exit Sandy Run Park by dark. Sunset on first day of on the water practice will be at 5:54 PM All practices and regattas at Sandy Run Exception Stotesbury Nationals
On the Water Cold, cold, cold – dress warm with layers (Under Armour ideal) but nothing that will get caught in slide Lots of land training for several weeks Orientation Inexperienced rowers Behavior at boathouse No profanity Respect others’ property SAFETY FIRST!
