What Is United eWay An online technology solution designed to facilitate information distribution, pledge capturing, and administrative functions associated with conducting a United Way Campaign. United eWay consists of two powerful web sites customized for your organization’s United Way campaign. One for employees and one for campaign team members to use in administrating the campaign. Lessons Learned from Previous eCampaigns eCampaigns can not replace the implementation of Best Practices within the campaign. While electronic campaigns make many elements of running a United Way Community Campaign easier, it should not replace the face-to-face interaction of a United Way Community Campaign. Up-front planning for eCampaigns may be more time consuming than traditional campaigns but cuts time dramatically on the pledge collection & reporting side of the campaign. Effective use of mid-campaign reporting can give employee campaign coordinators immediate feedback.
