Enter clock code 3 for Meal Out. When returning from Meal, repeat step 1. Enter clock code 4 for Meal In when finished with meal. In Call Back Department Transfer Out Clock Codes IN Call Back *2-To transfer to another Dept. OUT for Meal IN from Meal 5 Department Transfer OUT 60 Meeting *60 – To transfer to another Dept. 61 Orientation *61 - To transfer to another Dept. 63 Xtra Shift *63 – To transfer to another Dept. 65 Education *65 – To transfer to another Dept. Sitter *67 – To transfer to another Dept. End Activity Entering Time Pick up the phone receiver and dial the necessary phone number. As soon as you hear the system giving you the time, you can start entering your employee ID. Key in 65 (your MBO number) plus your employee ID number, then press the # key. Enter your clock code 1 IN, 9 OUT, 2 Call Back, 5 to float time to another cost center, etc,. After you enter the clock code, system says “clock code recorded”. Hang up the phone.

Entering Call Back for Your Home Location Dial TTE number, enter badge #. Enter clock code 2. At the end of the shift clock out with a clock code 9. Charging Call Back to an Activity or Location other than Home Location Dial TTE number, enter badge #, listen for name and listen for “time” of day. Enter *2 Enter # to skip through Process Level. Enter 9 digit Dept. # or press # to skip Enter 5 digit Job Code or press # to skip Enter alternate position # or press # to skip Press # to skip Activity Code System will say “Call Back recorded.” Hang up phone or press release button on phone console. Enter Activities You may start your shift with any these activities or phone them in at any time during your shift. Clock Code 2 – Call Back Clock Code *2 – Transfer Call Back to another Dept. Clock Code 60 - Meeting Clock Code *60 - Transfer Meeting to another Dept. Clock Code 61 – Orientation Clock Code *61 – Transfer Orientation to another Dept. Clock Code 63 – Emergency Call Back Clock Code *63 - Transfer Emergency CB to another Dept Clock Code 65 – Education Clock Code *65 - Transfer Education to another Dept. Clock Code 67 – Sitter Clock Code *67 – Transfer Sitter to another Dept. Clock Code 9 will end any current activity and your shift. To end the Activity before the end of your shift enter: Clock Code 69 – End Activity
