TDR) will be found in one location Section 2 - Provisions (Vendor Instructions) and Evaluation Factors Clear and concise instructions outlining instructions for both, new offers and returning legacy partners Instructional provisions applicable to the services being solicited TDR/Non-TDR instructions specific to both, new offers and returning legacy offers

April 2017 Prepare all internal process changes, guidance, etc and finalize Internal effort to prepare system for execution June 2017 Issue first streamlined solicitation Q3 is our target

Three sections associated with SIN 520-20 520-20-1A - IPS Requirement Document in support of SIN 520-20 which includes definitions and expectations. 520-20-1B - Additional Proposal Instructions required for SIN 520-20 520-20-1C - Security System Plan that each firm will be required to submit with offer or modification (if firm is already an existing schedule holder)
IPS Upcoming Milestones February 24, 2017: All industry responses are due by COB 2/21/2017 with comments to be submitted to: IPS_PSS@gsa.gov RFI can be found at: https://www.fbo.gov/notices/e543c9e95052a0848e6c5313989e1033 February/March 2017: IPT will review and respond to comments received via FBO March/April 2017: GSA will initiate process to revise SINs (approximate time frame for process completion 45-60 days) Once updates finalized all existing Schedule holders wil be notified to begin preparing any necessary modifications to obtain and/or update contracts to meet SIN requirements. April/May: Refreshed Solicitation will issue to afford potential new firms ability to offer IPS.

SIN 871-7:Construction Management and Engineering Consulting Services Related to Real Property Services currently include construction management specifically pertaining to real property with construction, design, and management expertise such as a construction manager who serves as the professional advisor or principal agent responsible for oversight and management of a project regardless of the project delivery method used. Construction management services include, but are not limited to, design phase support, procurement support, commissioning services, testing services, construction claims support, and post- construction engineering services. Initiative established by Schedule 03FAC: Establishment of “Repair and Renovation” services. Because construction management services is a “fit” - Consider moving services from PSS.
871-7 Project Milestones February-March 2017: Research and ongoing discussions with Region 6 (owner of 03FAC). Region 6 will conduct research of SINs based on NAICs code 236220 March 2017: Joint (PSHC/R6) Telephone meeting to be held with schedule holders supporting construction management services on 3/1 or 3/2. April 2017: TBD based on outcome of findings.
