What is AN RTO? Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) are providers and assessors of nationally recognised training. Only RTOs can issue nationally recognised qualifications. In order to become registered, training providers must meet the Australian Quality Training Framework 2007 (AQTF 2007) standards. This ensures the quality of Vocational Education and Training (VET) services throughout Australia.

Types of RTO’s RTOs include TAFE colleges and institutes, Adult and community education providers, Private providers, Community organisations, Schools, higher education institutions, Commercial and enterprise training providers, Industry bodies, and other organisations that meet registration requirements. Please note Silk only accept School Students who are Registered in an Industry (Beauty/Hair course) All registered training organisation’s are entered into the National Training Information Service (NTIS) database listing their details and scope of registration

WHO CAN CONTACT POTENTIAL RTO’s? Can a Silk Sales Representative or Silk Industry Trade Professional contact an RTO direct? ONLY A Silk Industry Trade Professional can approach RTO’S however A Silk Sales Representative can seek Authorisation from Silk Head Office to approach a RTO please email Chelsea@silkoilofmorocco.com.au. CLIENT CONSULTATION FORM Silk Provide the RTO with a Client Consultation form for the Students to use during and after their course

CERTIFICATE When the Student completes their Industry course, silk will send to them a Certificate of Congratulations & confirm their New STATUS as a SILK INDUSTRY TRADE PROFESSIONAL

TERMS & CONDITIONS An RTO TERMS & CONDITIONS FORM NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE KIT IS RELEASED 1.     RTO to allow the Silk Sales Representative to attend at least 4 classes during the year to educate & support the students in various information presentations. 2.     RTO to allow the Silk Sales Representative to attend within the first 2 weeks of the student’s course commencing so they can introduce the Silk products & the trade discount offer. 3.      All Student kits are to be purchased via Silk Head Office. The Silk Sales Representative can help the RTO choose the kits using the special RTO trade price list. 4.       Ongoing products required by the RTO are to be purchased via their own store or if they do not want their own store through the Silk Sales Representative directly. 5.      Silk Head office will ensure that any new Products that are launched is either sent to the RTO directly or given to the Silk Sales Representative to present.   A Terms & Conditions form needs to be signed before delivery of FREE RTO Kit please contact Chelsea H at Head Office 07 38803380 Ext 109
