We seek to increase awareness and foster understanding and acceptance of the diversity of gender and sexuality within a Catholic, Norbertine, and liberal arts environment. The college is working to create a more inclusive environment for LGBT students, faculty, and staff as members of our community. Thus, starting this fall, we will provide Safe Space Ally training for those individuals in our community who choose to take on the role of being an ally. So, if you see the Safe Space Ally logo on campus offices or rooms, please know that the person residing/working there is a trained ally through our Safe Space Ally program. The logo and the presence of an ally is an extension of the welcome and support we hope that all students experience on our campus.
THANK YOU!
