Office chair adjustments Seat height – feet firmly supported on ground or footrest Lumbar support – backrest adjusted vertically and horizontally so lumbar support firmly in small of back (belt region) Arm rests – remove or lower out of way
Computer desk Height adjusted so keyboard just below elbow level – if can’t adjust desk raise/lower chair and use footrest if necessary Keyboard located so upper arm is vertical and forearm is horizontal If working from laptop or tablet in field minimise time spent keying and utilise a table rather than lap if prolonged.
