2016 Year Highlights Christmas Decorating Contest Winners Perkin LaCour (Smith Security) Donations - $4,640 Updated website and payments NRG sound agreement New Faces on KVCC 2016 Financial Report – Brian Warwick 2016 Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Report - Brent Nyquist 2016 Security Report - David Wood
2016 Financial Report – Brian Warwick 62 residents paid in 2015 but not in 2016 - Why? Please let us know reasons for not paying in 2016 so we can work to meet our resident's wants. - on a good note, we had 50 residents pay in 2016 who didn't in 2015 - we ended the year slightly under our goal, but with the volatile economy in 2016, we are overall optimistic - to make dues payments easier and more accurate, please update your contact information at the Knollwood Village website - we have tried hard to keep dues down, but costs continue to increase - we are keeping dues the same as last year, but expect to see a slight increase over the next few years to accommodate everything we provide - as a reminder, dues go to security, maintenance and overall neighborhood improvements, so please do your part and pay your dues this year so we can continue to (as Trump would say) "Make Knollwood Village Great"
