Internet service providers (ISP)

World Wide Web (WWW) World Wide – is a Global Distribution Web – is a context of network computing WWW is a graphical hypertext way of using the Internet using the HTTP protocol for transmitting Web pages and other information over the Internet

WWW graphical interpretation

Uniform Resource Locator (URL) A URL (Uniform Resource Locator), as the name suggests, provides a way to locate a resource on the web, the hypertext system that operates over the internet. The URL contains the name of the protocol to be used to access the resource and a resource name. The first part of a URL identifies what protocol to use. The second part identifies the IP address or domain name where the resource is located. For example: http://computer.domain.ru/ http – protocol name domain.ru – fundamental domain computer – subdomain

Electronic Mail (E-mail) name@domain.com The electronic address contains two parts (username and domain name) separated by ‘@’

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) ftp://ftp.domain.ru Allows access to a computer on the Internet (if it's public or available to the password), preview content on its hard disk, finding the necessary files and copy on its own disk
