CIFRE programme in France (1/4) CIFRE stands for Industrial Agreement of Training through Research. CIFRE fellowships funded by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research managed by the French National Association for Research and Technology (ANRT) Since 1981 : 9000 companies 4 000 laboratories 26 000 PhD doctorants.

CIFRE programme in France (3/4) Since 1981, the CIFRE plan makes it possible for the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research to finance doctoral training conducted as a partnership of three years between : an enterprise that recruits a doctoral student and an academic forum that supervises the research activity at the scholarly level

CIFRE programme in France (4/4): The CIFRE programme is a good way: during 3 years, the doctoral student is employed in France by a company and realises his/her doctoral research under the supervision of an academic laboratory (in which works his/her thesis supervisor).

CIFRE program Morocco/France (4/5): The PhD student signs a 3 years full-time working contract with a company in France The PhD student has to return 18 months in Morocco at the end of his thesis
