Mission Statement The Boxman strives to provide the public with access to the required materials, necessary to move either home or office. The intention is to provide this service nationwide, through the implementation of The Boxman Franchise Model on a national scale. We strive to open Franchises in all the major regions in South Africa for the purpose of selling to the public nationwide.

The Team To lead the way for the Franchisee’s, The Boxman has 23 years of experience and knowledge in the packaging industry. The Boxman Management Team includes: Vanessa & Alfred van Heerden, Directors of the company and Michelle Le Roux, General Manager.

Competition Currently there are few other competitors in this market, and none which Operate and advertise on a national scale. To date, we are not aware of any other Nationwide Franchise Model in the packaging industry. Due to this, we virtually have a monopoly of the market. We advertise aggressively nationwide, in various forms of media to capture a larger market. We have created awareness of The Boxman Brand in a market which contains few competitors and therefore we have an advantage.  

Market Summary Previously it was relatively easy for members of the public to procure second hand boxes from various outlets.  However, due to the market becoming increasingly “recycle conscious”, these cartons now fetch a price of well over R1000 per ton. Therefore the larger retail outlets are now retaining these once redundant products and returning them at a value. This led us to a gap in the market to offer a one stop solution of supplying a comprehensive range of moving boxes and related packaging material direct to the public. This is a niche market which many packaging companies cannot accommodate, due to the minimal quantities required by customers. Based on our model to supply a well known Boxman product range at conveniently located stores nationwide, we virtually have the monopoly of the market.  

Franchisee Opportunity We currently have 65 Branches within the organization, which is expanding rapidly and growing financially on a monthly scale. The Boxman would like to offer you the opportunity to become part of this lucrative business proposition: Reap the financial rewards by earning additional ‘passive’ income with no additional overhead expenses or staff requirements to concern yourself about.
