Benchmarking Drive Celcom is the best in accessibility and retainability KPI among three operators. Celcom DL and UL throughput is the lowest among the operators. To activate features that helps in DL and UL throughput. DL Throughput: HSDPA MC Inter DU Joint Scheduling feature to be implemented. HsMaxRate mismatched and TransBorneo DL congestion issue. UL Throughput: Interference Suppressions and CE capacity features to be implemented. Celcom traffic tends to camp on GSM rather than WCDMA, especially on voice traffics. Traffic Steering on 25-April.
