SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users This presentation will assist you with your first login to the RDC system after your password was expired/changed New/Temporary password for SSL/VPN or RDC must be changed on first login An automatic tool synchronizes between both passwords once SSL/VPN password was changed on first login
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Open RDC Portal (http://rdc.tevapharm.com/) and choose the relevant SSL/VPN gate: North and South America users Europe/Asia/South Africa users Israel users
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Access by using the expired/temporary password and choose the correct Realm.
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Change your expired/temporary password, see below : Expired/Temporary password New password New password must be chosen carefully according to the password policy detailed in the next page.
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users SSL/VPN & RDC Password Policy (combined): Password length must be between 8-10 characters Password must begin with a letter and should contain 3 out of the 4 conditions: English Uppercase characters (A-Z) English lowercase characters (A-Z) Basic digits (0-9) Only one of the following special characters: “$“or “_ “or “#” Password must not contain the conditions : Blank spaces Username or part of the full name that exceed two consecutive characters 6 previous passwords cannot be reused
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Once you change your password successfully, a notification will be displayed in the login screen, see below: Please wait 1 minute before you attempt to access using the new password, Which allows the automatic tool to complete the synchronization process between SSL/VPN & RDC passwords..
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Login using the new SSL/VPN password and click on RDC Web: RDC Web should login automatically (in case the new password met with all of the requirements and was synchronized
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Troubleshooting: Invalid RDC password: In case an invalid username/password error is shown after clicking the ‘RDC Web’ link, the following actions should be performed: If a password wasn't created according to password policy requirements it should be changed again by clicking on the ‘Home’ sign (on the right top corner) and choose ‘Change Teva Password’: if a new password has met with the password policy requirements: New user or user whose password was reissued should contact the ‘RDC Service Center’ User whose password was expired can sync. the passwords manually (instructions on the following page)
SSL/VPN password Reset for RDC Users Troubleshooting: RDC password manual synchronization: User whose password was expired (or in possession of the previous RDC password) can sync. both passwords manually: Login to RDC using the previous password: In RDC home page, go to ‘Change password’ (located at the upper right corner): Change the old RDC password to fit the new SSL/VPN password Once the password was changed successfully click on the ‘Home’ sign and try to access ‘RDC Web’
