Community Informational Meetings for the purpose of open enrollment 95% of attendees to communities meetings completed enrollment packets. All in attendance took home enrollment packets. Extending Open Enrollment Hours Students can enroll at SMCC Monday-Friday from 8AM-4PM Staff assigned to continuous outreach to potential students Staff is averaging 50 incoming/outgoing phone calls per day Enrollment packets are being delivered to students with transportation barriers.
