Create an online website where people can search for the jobs Do the Job Fair earlier in the year Focus less on consulting and more on technical opportunities for students Hold workshops at a time when we're not so busy with academic deadlines Make the application process more transparent/provide recruiting statistics More hands on and proactive help from career services staff Provide seminars about graduate programs and work given by AUB alumni Year-round campus recruitments/company presentations
