OTTW Project Afraa Haque Operation Banana Bread

My original recipe was for 10 people so I had to multiply everything by 2 to make it for 20 people.

Recipe serving-20 people 1 cup of butter 2 pack cream cheese 2 1\2 cups of white sugar 4 eggs 2 cup smashed bananas 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp baking powder 4 1\2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 1\2 cup chopped pecans 4 tbsp brown sugar 4 tsp ground cinnamon

Gather all the ingredients together I only made the original recipe start by heating your oven to 350 degrees and chop up your pecans and then set those aside

Start by creaming the butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy like this

Then add your sugar them mix then add your eggs and mix

Once that’s all creamy mix all your dry ingredients together (but save the chopped pecans and cinnamon for later) and mix it in with your batter then mash your bananas and mix them in to the batter too.

Mix everything together until smooth and creamy then pour into two cake pans and then mix together the cinnamon and chopped pecans and sprinkle on top of both cakes and put in oven for 45 minutes
