IRMA UPDATE Models Currently in Agreement that Portions of Florida Will Feel Effects from IRMA Models have a 100+ mile margin of error 3+ days out from the current storm location. Models shifting path east & slowing storm’s progress due to steering ridge to northwest. Model path from NOAA currently honoring previous guidance, which is why FL is still in middle of path. Path may shift further east or stay similar based upon additional guidance. Strength projections still indicate a potential CAT 4 at landfall, should one occur
