Transition from Wells Fargo to Optum Bank The Immanuel group transition date is 12-31-16. You will receive a new Optum Bank HSA debit card sometime mid to late December. The fees and investments will be the same. There is nothing you need to do. You can continue to access your HSA account as you always have and use your Wells Fargo HSA debit card to pay for qualified medical, dental & vision expenses thru 12-31-16. Starting 1-1-17 you will begin using your Optum Bank HSA card.

You Can Make Changes in your Elections until 8 a.m. November 21st

Final Reminders November Relias will include a short description of the three Medical Plan options that you must complete. If you elect the Flexible Spending accounts for Dependent Day- Care or Medical or Limited Medical, you must reapply for calendar year 2017. Remember to turn claims in for Wellness Reimbursement on the cancer policy--$50 on the Low policy and $100 on the High policy. Outpatient physician reimbursements on Accident policy--$25 on the Low policy and $50 on the High policy. Everyone will receive new Aetna medical cards near the first of the year.
