REACH PACT substances “The Public Activities Coordination Tool, PACT gives advanced notice of substances that are on an authority’s radar…” Inclusion in the PACT means that a Member State or ECHA is examining the substance Properties are expected to be cmr, pbt, sensitizer, endocrine disruptors Assessment should give indication for follow up (regulatory) actions Substances are not yet restricted for use due to GADSL listing! If not elsewhere regulated, PACT substances are not prohibited.
