WORKING STYLE 9/11 “The Dance” over buildings of Syria Uses backgrounds of other people’s works. Uses backgrounds like twin towers to show what’s happening in Syria needs as much attention. HOW AND WHY THEY INSPIRED ME Each piece reminds me of the trending and famous things on the media placed on a very destroyed monument. It shows that the media gives more attention to things that are less important than the current events. His pictures also portrays that some events need as much attention as the other events. Using that inspiration, I made a piece myself.

MY PIECE

INTERPRETATION Fire broke out at Grenfell Tower block shortly before 1AM. But reporters have not paid enough attention to the fire. While humanity is slowly being destroyed, the media is mostly paying attention to people who got famous in the most craziest, stupidest way. The art piece was to show that these types of celebrates are stealing attention from the real news.
