What is a Learning Management System (LMS)?

What is a Learning Management System (LMS)? A learning management system, or LMS, is a software tool that is used to manage, create and delivery online courses and programs.

What does an LMS do?

What does an LMS do? Although every LMS is different, they generally allow you to: Create and deliver online courses, modules and training content Track when participants complete courses and trainings Store records of completed courses and trainings Run reports on participant activities
