Introduction Our domain name is www.Shopcalendars365.com Our mission statement: To provide customers with a unique calendar which can easily be gifted to anyone at anytime. We want to provide gift calendars anywhere, anytime, for anyone We are Shopcalendars365.com and our product is a desk calendar that can be bought at anytime in the year and can be customized with your name and pictures that you like. There are 16 different themes to choose from.

Product and Suppliers Our product is a desk calendar which a persons’ name can be integrated into a photo, there are 16 different varieties of themes depending on the person you are going to give it to. This person can be given to anyone Our product is better than our competition because we give you the next 12 months from when you order the product We will make the products ourselves to cut down on costs. Our equipment will be stored in Jordan’s basement which is where we will operate this business Our suppliers are Mack Printers, Xerox, and Canada Post which are all local

Finances The calendar costs $5.08 to make. We will need $50,800 to make 10,000 calendars We will need another $5,500 to fund the equipment such as a printer, a paper cutter, ink, stamps, and the paper Item Cost Supplier Stamps 2.15/calendar Canada Post Ink 0.76/calendar Xerox Paper 0.87/calendar Packaging 1.30/calendar Mack Printers

Advertising and Growth We will be advertising on the internet on several websites We will create a Facebook Page and get friends to join and get more people to join Our main advertising strategy will be word to mouth and the actual calendars itself, we will be relying on customers to tell their friends about this cool new calendar they got Our main target market is anyone who works on a desk really, the uniqueness of our product is that it stands up by itself so anyone between the ages of 7-50 can use this product, We have aspirations of making promotional fliers for companies like car dealerships with the receiver’s name on it

Shipping and Customer Payments Our shipping will be through Canada Post The final cost customers will be paying is $25 for the calendar Our cost of calendars(shipping included) $7.18 for shipping in Canada and $8.78 for shipping to USA Destination Cost Estimated Time of Arrival In Canada 2.10 1-4 In USA 3.70 2-5

Customer Payments We are going to use Paypal for our website Paypal charges 2.9% and a $0.30 fee for all transactions

Day to Day Costs/Competition Customers can contact us by email We won’t have any day to day cost because we will be buying our material in bulk We researched extensively and our main competition is SnapFish, Vistaprint, Mixbook, and Custom Calendars Upload a picture and customize things like the border We are better than them because with us you can order the calendars at any time of the year and we will give you the next 12 months With these other calendar companies you can only give someone a calendar in January because that is when their calendar starts

Risks and Rewards and Growth An inconsistent income and an economical market collapse Not being able to pay back our start-up loan Rewards: Successful business and a high income Having a surplus of money from the start-up loan We want to make all of the money that we got a loan We want to sell all of the 10000 calendars that we will make

Potential Problems and Solutions 1. Not enough sales. Promotional Sales, discounts 2. Customers may not be satisfied. Give them a refund if they ship us the product within a month of the purchase 3. Customers don’t like themes. Make 1 new theme a month of there suggestion

Conclusion To refresh your memory, we are Shopcalendars365 and our product is a calendar that can be bought at anytime in the year and can be customized with your name and a selection of pictures we provide that you like. There are 18 different themes to choose from. We have been in business for 4 years. We sell each calendar for $25 and make them for $5.08. Every calendar we sell, we make a profit of $17.82 for people who buy it in Canada, and our profit is $16.22 for people who buy it in the USA. Again, we want to provide customers with a unique calendar which can easily be gifted to anyone at anytime.
