Good morning everyone and welcome to today’s QI Power Hour session Good morning everyone and welcome to today’s QI Power Hour session! This is Chelsea Schwartz, Provincial Improvement Consultant with the Health Quality Council. QI Power Hour is a free montly WebEx offering hosted by the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council. QI Power Hour provides opportunity for colleagues across the health care, as well as other industries, to hear from local and national improvement experts on a variety of quality improvement-related topics. Just a reminder that these sessions are recorded, and posted to the Health Quality Council’s website to allow access to our colleagues who are not able to join us on the Webinar today.
To Mute and Unmute Press: *6 As we are using a teleconference line in conjunction with our Webinar today, please note that we require all participants to mute their lines. Please do not use the “mute” function on your phone, as this sometimes results in music playing on the line. Please press *6 to mute your line, and press *6 again to unmute if you would like to ask a question during the Q & A. I’ll give everyone a moment now to make sure their lines are muted. Press: *6
