Our world has seven continents, four oceans, and one equator.

A huge body of water that covers a large part of the planet is called an ocean.

The four oceans of the world are: Pacific Ocean Atlantic Ocean Indian Ocean Arctic Ocean

The Equator is an imaginary line that is halfway between the North Pole and the South Pole. If you divided the world this way, you would get a northern hemisphere and a southern hemisphere.
