Off-Campus Programs CTE (see application for course options) Dual Enrollment Online Classes (not truly off-campus) Work-Based Learning/Co-op REQUIREMENTS: Application and Permission Slip Minimum 2.0 GPA and good attendance Prerequisites may be needed Criteria for dual enrollment GRADING: With the exception of Co-op, off campus programs earn a letter grade on transcript and are factored into GPA

Dual Enrollment Opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school Criteria for eligibility…uses PSAT, ACT, SAT, or Accuplacer Scores along with grades and attendance Classes offered at Delta, SVSU, CMU, Northwood, Davenport, and Mid-Michigan Community College, and beyond Tuition covered up to $632/class – (2016-17 amount); transportation responsibility of student Dual enrollment classes earn a letter grade on transcript and are factored into GPA, unless otherwise declared Prior to the start of each semester, students are responsible for declaring if they do not wish to have the dual enrollment class(es) on their transcripts. A form is available in Counseling.

Work Based Learning (Co-op Program) Senior Program Must have a specific number of credits (17) entering senior year with at least a 2.0 GPA Create a Portfolio – Cover Letter, Resume, Letter of Recommendation, Transcript, Certificates, Awards Complete an application Packet of information/handbook available This is a pass/fail program. Credit (CR) is received towards graduation if successfully completed. Students WILL NOT receive a letter grade, which may affect their class standing

Next Steps February 6 – Met with Class of 2018 students Watch for Gold Schedule Request Sheet that needs to be signed by parent/guardian February 10 – Signed Request Sheets due to Counseling Center February 10 – All Off-Campus Applications and Permission Slips Due February 21 – Students input schedule into computer
