New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (NZDE) 2.8 MECHANICAL DISCIPLINE - Mechanical Specialisation Note: Electives within the Mechanical discipline are to be selected from courses within that discipline, or courses from the programme with a coherent relationship to that discipline. A list of additional electives applicable to the Mechanical discipline are included in this document. In exceptional circumstances, an elective from outside the programme may be selected with approval from the Programme Committee/ Head of School. All courses are 15 credits.
