You must have the latest version of Adobe flash to activate the inputs (if you are unable to use the inputs, then download the latest flash and try again). When you select a Juniper switch, the competitor pull-down menus will only allow you to select a similar class of switch.  Therefore a user is not able to compare an entry-level switch with a high-end switch.  This was done is to help users not familiar with Ethernet switches determine the closest match to a competitor’s product. You will need to be careful to match what you have selected in the pull-down with what is shown in the product model field.  When moving between Juniper products the product field and feature matrix are not automatically updated until you select a competitor switch.  When selecting a Juniper switch, also update all competitor fields by re-selecting any vendor or any competitor product. All fields will then update. There is a button in the upper left which will provide a product mapping.  This shows all the products currently in the tool, with an easy-to-use color mapping showing similar products.
