Fall Workshops Begin Oct 24th. http://tigercoaching Fall Workshops Begin Oct 24th! http://tigercoaching.com/workshopsclinics.html email tigertrainingclasses@gmail.com TRX Suspension Training Workshop October 24th – December 19th 2016 Mondays 6:30-7:15pm Lacey Decker Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. This 8 week workshop is limited to 8 people and will teach you proper form, build in functional movement to enhance daily living, and prepare you for specific individual goals while enhancing strength, balance, and coordination. This is a beginner/intermediate level class for all ages and skill levels.  Take your workouts to the next level with TRX! $79 Youth Boxing Fall Season October 26th – December 21st 2016 Wed/Fri 4:30-5:30pm Lacey Decker TIGER COACHING Youth Boxing Club is a fun environment designed for kids to improve their respective sport skills and conditioning while learning the fundamentals of boxing and basic self defense. Boxing allows youth to release stress in a healthy way and learn valuable life principles such as patience, respect, and self control in a safe environment. No actual sparring will occur. Note: Children with ADHD and other mood/behavior related disorders have found boxing to be particularly therapeutic as it helps release frustration in a controlled environment and allow camaraderie with other children in an organized social setting. Boxing Gloves and wraps are a separate 1 one time fee of $45. Child can choose red, white, blue, black, or pink gloves. Age group - 8-13. Boys and Girls welcome! $185

You will learn how to fit your bike, proper form for cycling, as well as work on cardio, strength, endurance, and speed on the bike while listening to fun playlists. This class is for all levels and will allow you to hone your skills in a pressure free environment. $99 Runner’s Strength Training Workshop November 12th– December 17th 2016 Saturday 11:30-12:30pm Gary Bredehoft This workshop will focus primarily on strength training geared toward runners. You will work on proper form while increasing strength, power, speed, and endurance for the upcoming race seasons. Prior running experience is preferred but not required. We will perform tests at the beginning and end to assess gains. $119
