Microscope Evaluate blood, urine, semin, feces and other body specimens it also may be used to detect internal and external parasites and initially characterize bacteria.

Centrifuge Used to separate substances of different densities that are in a solution.

pH Meter  Measures the hydrogen-ion concentration (or pH) in a solution, indicating its acidity or alkalinity.

Microhematocrit centerfuge Used for rapid determination of the packed cell volume(pcv) by high- speed centrifugation of blood contained incapillary tubes.

Capillary tubes and tube sealant  Capillary tubes filing with blood and seals with sealant during centrifugation

Sahli apparatus used to determine the quantity of hemoglobin in the blood.

Incubator Used to grow and maintain microbiological cultures or cell cultures and controlled sample storage . The incubator maintains optimal temperature, humidity and other conditions such as the carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen content of the atmosphere inside.

Oven These are widely used to  sterilize of dry materials that can withstand high temperatures and not get burnt, like glassware and powders, three degree is using for sterilization 1-120 C` for 90 minutes 2- 160 C` for 60 minutes 3- 220 C` for 30 minutes

Water bath  Utilizations include warming of reagents, melting of substrates or incubation of cell cultures. It is also used to enable certain chemical reactions to occur at high temperature. Water bath is a preferred heat source for heating flammable chemicals instead of an open flame to prevent ignition.

Autoclave Used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high-pressure saturated steam at 121 °C for at least 30 minutes  under at least 15 pounds per square inch to of pressure

Biological safety cabinet   Is an enclosed, ventilated laboratory workspace for safely working with materials contaminated with pathogens requiring a defined biosafety level such as bacterial culture.

Inoculation loop The loop is used in the cultivation of microbes on plates by transferring inoculum for streaking. Also it can be used to transfer microscopic organisms.

Bunsen burner Source of heat

Spectrophotometer Used in clinical chemistry to measure the amount of light absorbed through a solution which lead to estimate its compound concentration.

Reflotron Determination of clinical chemistry parameters using test reagent strips.

Refractometer Used to measure the total plasma protein and specific gravity of urine.

Sensitive balance is using for light measurement; ranged between 0 Sensitive balance is using for light measurement; ranged between 0.001-1000 g for sold materials.

Baermann apparatus Used to diagnose lungworm larvae
