When you install Cygwin using ‘setup When you install Cygwin using ‘setup.exe’, Please install also ‘cygrunsrv’ and ‘cron’ . After Cygwin installation. Please subscribe windows-services. 　$ cygrunsrv -I cron -p /usr/sbin/cron -a -n If you want to start please type as follows, 　$ cygrunsrv -S cron When you need to confirm ‘cron’ status, please check as following, 　$ cygrunsrv -Q cron 　Service : cron 　Current State : Running 　Controls Accepted : Stop 　Command : /usr/sbin/cron –n

Additionally from ‘control panel’ + ‘services and applications’ window, Please choose ‘cron’ and allow ‘communication with Disktop’ to ‘yes’
