Recommendations (Based upon Students feedback) Molecular biology techniques, providing the lab. Many of the universities don’t teach mechanics in software engineering even UMT Sialkot campus is also not offering mechanics in BS-SE then why you? Favoritism by some of the Faculty members Availability of Sufficient Books in the library

Recommendations (Based QEC Observations) Every Faculty Member must publish at least one Research paper in HEC recognized Journal as a Principal author during a year, failing to do so must affect his / her Performance appraisal for that particular year. Every Ph.D. Candidate must publish two research publications in HEC recognized Journal, failing to which the degree will not be awarded. Every MS Scholar must publish at least one Research paper in HEC recognized Journal before submitting his / her thesis for defense without which no degree will be offered. In order to promote a healthy Research / Creativity culture, some award be announced for faculty registering and commercialization of Patents/ Varieties / Technologies/Breeds and Creative at National / International level. In order to enhance Industry – academia relationship, number of university industrial linkages through (ORICs) be enhanced and such projects be designed in collaboration with each and every School / Institute level.
