BIOGRAPHY An American contemporary artist born in Indiana (1970), raised in Texas Based in Chicago and is noted for his use of computer software of his own design to manipulate and reconfigure preexisting media and data to create new visual works of fine art. The final compositions are exhibited as art objects, such as photographic prints and video installations, while others exist in a real-time software context.

Interactive Real-time Touch System 3-dimensional data form representing all 3171 US counties and their populations from 1790 to 2010. Each skein maps directly to an individual county, its color derived from the flag of the state it resides in, while the shape of each corresponds to its growth curve. The artwork is a graph of these statistics.
