Georges Seurat Pointillism
A little bit about Georges . . . He lived in Paris, France from 1859-1891 He developed an artistic style called “Pointillism” Through the use of tiny dots of paint, he created an optical illusion for the human eye to see a single shade or hue. He believed this form of painting would make the colors more brilliant and powerful than standard brushstrokes
