Task-Oriented Style Definition: behavioral approach in which the leader focuses on the tasks that need to be performed in order to meet certain goals, or to achieve a certain performance standard Example: Person who use the note and write everything.

Relationship-Oriented Style Definition: behavioral approach in which the leader focuses on the motivation and the general well-being of the team members Example: Person who wants to connect or attach with other.

Task and Relationship Leadership Task leadership which is goal-directed or goal-oriented type of leadership. This type of leadership is good when you need to stay focused on goals and move as a unit toward common objectives. Relationship leadership Help the leader to feel comfortable with themselves, each other, and the situation in which the find themselves
