Natural Planning This method is when you do not have sex on the days you are most fertile This method also requires you to record your body temperature

Barrier Method Contraceptive Sponge Made out of polyurethane foam and contains spermicide Only one kind sold in the U.S. Diaphragm, Cervical Cap, and Cervical Shield The diaphragm and cervical cap will require a doctor’s appt. All three must be left in 6-8 hours after sex Female Condom Male Condom Lubricated and non lubricated Oil lubricated can weaken and break
