Paper-Saving Features Line spacing has been decreased Font sizes have been slightly decreased Text placeholders have been vertically expanded Printing is set to black on white to save ink Additional Paper-Saving Ideas Use Page Setup options for width and height to increase available space per slide Further decrease font sizes on the Slide Master to accommodate more text per slide Save presentation to a network share to distribute to others rather than printing multiple copies

More Paper-Saving Tips Consider printing handouts instead of slides (you can choose to print up to 9 slides per page) Print in duplex (two-sided printing), if your printer supports this feature
