Other Changes Absentee Voters may also have signature verification. Absentee Voters will be required to list their Driver’s license number or “Pin”/ID number for Voter ID cards. Political Parties have 7 days to turn in Voter Registration Forms or 24 hours if within 3 days of an election. Absentee ballot requests must be turned in by 5 PM of the pre-registration deadline (10/11 days before the election.)

Other Changes January 1, 2019 17 year-olds may vote in Primary if they will be 18 by Election Day School and City Elections will be combined.
