How can I prepare for SBAC? Fully charge your Chromebook every night. Bring your Chromebook to school daily. Bring your ear buds to school daily. Do your best every day! Respect Responsibility Safety

Let’s Set Up the SBAC Testing Environment Have your Chromebook ready! Open your Chromebook. Do not log in Select “Apps” Select “AIRSecure Test” Respect Responsibility Safety

Let’s Set up the SBAC Testing Environment You will get to the screen shown below. For now, please close the window. For Monday, you will automatically select the “AIRSecure Test” app to get directly to the SBAC Testing Environment. Respect Responsibility Safety

On the Day of the Test Sit in your designated seat. Clear your desk of all items except for your Chromebook, earbuds, and a silent reading book. Place reading books under your desk. Turn off cell phones & safely place them in backpacks. All backpacks are placed along the wall in the front of the classroom. Respect Responsibility Safety

During Testing Restroom Rules Cheating Writing Materials Students are strongly encouraged to not use restrooms during testing. Any emergency cases will be determined by your teacher. Cheating Any usage of cellphones or other electronic devices while taking the test may result in confiscation of the device for an undetermined amount of time. Investigation of possible cheating will conducted by LEA Writing Materials Scratch paper will be provided upon request and will be collected at the end of each test session. After Testing Turn in all materials to your teacher. Place Chromebook underneath your desk. Option 1: Retrieve your silent reading book and read quietly at your desk. Option 2: Rest quietly at your desk. Respect Responsibility Safety

Enrollment Requirements Complete a Registration Form Submit to the front office between April 18-22,2016 Lottery results will be complete and posted by May 6, 2016. Parents/guardians will be notified between May 6-13, 2016 via letter Respect Responsibility Safety

Program Hours The Engage 360 program hours are open Monday through Friday from school dismissal until 6:00pm. Students may sign out early to walk home with parent permission at 5:30pm. Students picked up by an adult must remain in program until 6:00pm. Students are asked to attend program at least 4 days during the week to meet attendance guidelines. Daily Activities Homework Assistance Students will received 45min-60min of homework assistance from a district staff member. Technology Engage 360 offers students access to technology with the internet to accelerate their base knowledge of computer fundamentals. Program Clubs Students will be able to create/select their own student choice club each 6-week period. Respect Responsibility Safety
