The Short Story Comprehensive organization change initiative begun in Dec. ‘06: Establishing Capital Paving Vision & company goals. Increasing involvement of employees in the business. Enhancing communication, accountability and team work throughout the company. Impact Widescale for all salaried employees. Now indirectly impacting hourly field employees. Strengthened our reputation within the industry, among educational institutions and our community.

Impact of Coaching Value of Coaching Present Leadership Development & Succession Managers emerging as Leaders; Foreman promoted to Mgr; Engineering grad hired for succession. Enhanced Performance MTO Paver of the Year 2008 (unprecedented 3rd time); Toyota Test Track- significant technical accomplishment Tangible Business Results Increased revenue Major 4-year Joint Venture Team Effectiveness Cross-functional employee Teams accomplishing self-managed projects with Leadership Team sponsorship. Morale More positive work environment, optimism, engagement & mutual respect. Retention still strong.
